17 - Rest comes easy

It was a relative day of rest given poor health and a general unwillingness of the body and especially eyes to work.

Still worked on figuring out who to hire for social media graphics, blog post illustrations and other general design work. One of the main important tasks was building a product explainer video.

What irritates me when someone asks for a fee, I agree to it immediately, and then they call the next day doubling the price. Even if the new price were reasonable (it wasn’t) I will never agree to work with someone who can’t stick to their word. They could have as well asked for more time for a quote but did all they could do to win business and the realized that maybe they could have asked for more. The person realized that since I agreed to the first quote they lost money on the table.
